National Image is committed to disseminating the most current information to the Hispanic community. A successful vehicle for this is the National Image Annual Conference. This conference is an excellent opportunity for thousands of Hispanics to network. The annual conference provides exhibit space for government agencies and private businesses to reach the community, a forum for speakers on topics of interest, and a job fair to inform the community about employment opportunities.

Ms Chavez-Metoyer's career includes serving as the Hispanic Employment Program Manager (HEPM). Sylvia M. Chavez-Metoyer is married to Kenneth V. Metoyer, Sr. on October 12, 1968 and were blessed with four children, Kenneth Jr., Christopher, Bianca and Javier. They make their home in Chula Vista, CA. Ms. Chavez-Metoyer is an active member of National Image Inc., and Federally Employed Women (FEW). She has been a member of National Image Inc. since 1995 with many accomplishments to her credit on the local, regional and national levels. Her work and endeavors in National Image Inc. has shown her commitment to the goals and objectives of the organization, Conference Co-Chair since 2002 to 2006. She has been an advocate for "Employment, Education and Civil Rights." Since her first role as an officer in the San Diego Chapter, then going to the Image de California State Structure and now serving as a national regional director for the organization.
