National Image is committed to disseminating the most current information to the Hispanic community. A successful vehicle for this is the National Image Annual Conference. This conference is an excellent opportunity for thousands of Hispanics to network. The annual conference provides exhibit space for government agencies and private businesses to reach the community, a forum for speakers on topics of interest, and a job fair to inform the community about employment opportunities.

He has held the following Image offices: President, Image de Denver 4/82 to 3/ 84 & 4/88 to 3/90, President Image de Colorado 7/84 to 6/85 and Treasurer National Image Inc. 5/91/to/5/95. A native of Las Animas, Colorado, he currently serves as a full-time EEO Counselor for the Department of Housing & Urban Development, Denver, CO. and has been in this current position since March of 1996. He is a US Navy Veteran and has been a Federal employee 37+ years. Prior agencies include the Veterans Administration, General Services Administration and the Department of the Air Force. Other work experience includes Veterans Benefits Counselor, HEP Manager, Personnel Staffing Specialist and Program Management Officer. Return to Board of Directors
