Joe Davalos
Region VIII Director

Joe, Region VIII Director, has been affiliated with Image off and on since 1980. He has held the following Image offices: President, Image de Denver 4/82 to 3/ 84 & 4/88 to 3/90, President Image de Colorado 7/84 to 6/85 and Treasurer National Image Inc. 5/91/to/5/95.
A native of Las Animas, Colorado, he currently serves as a full-time EEO Counselor for the Department of Housing & Urban Development, Denver, CO. and has been in this current position since March of 1996. He is a US Navy Veteran and has been a Federal employee 37+ years. Prior agencies include the Veterans Administration, General Services Administration and the Department of the Air Force. Other work experience includes Veterans Benefits Counselor, HEP Manager, Personnel Staffing Specialist and Program Management Officer.
