National Image is committed to disseminating the most current information to the Hispanic community. A successful vehicle for this is the National Image Annual Conference. This conference is an excellent opportunity for thousands of Hispanics to network. The annual conference provides exhibit space for government agencies and private businesses to reach the community, a forum for speakers on topics of interest, and a job fair to inform the community about employment opportunities.

Martinez Region VI Director Luis, Region VI Director, has been a member of Image de Alburquerque for the past 17 years. He currently serves as the Secretary of the local chapter; served as Treasurer for 4 terms; served as State Treasurer of Image de Nuevo Mexico; served in various committees within the local and state chapters; and chaired the Scholarship Committee several times. Luis is the Manager, Financial Services Support Division within the Financial Services Department, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Service Center, Office of Field Financial Management (OFFM). He is responsible for the management and direction of all accounting, fiscal and reporting activities for NNSA field operations with an operating budget exceeding $12B. I manage and direct the diverse activities of the Department consisting of 21 employees engaged in a wide range of professional and technical work. The employees range in grades from GS-7 to GS-14.
