National Image is committed to disseminating the most current information to the Hispanic community. A successful vehicle for this is the National Image Annual Conference. This conference is an excellent opportunity for thousands of Hispanics to network. The annual conference provides exhibit space for government agencies and private businesses to reach the community, a forum for speakers on topics of interest, and a job fair to inform the community about employment opportunities.

He served as President of the HUD Image Chapter for 2 terms and has been a key trainer for the Federal Agency Training for National Image Conferences for many years. Raśl Ceniceros is a Senior Training Officer with the U.S. Dept. of HUD. He has worked for various job career training centers, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and has held various positions with local and state housing agencies. Raul is a union steward and delegate with the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE). He holds an M.S. in Human Resources (Management and Organizational Behavior) from American University and National Training Labs (NTL) in Washington D.C. Return to Board of Directors
