National Image is committed to disseminating the most current information to the Hispanic community. A successful vehicle for this is the National Image Annual Conference. This conference is an excellent opportunity for thousands of Hispanics to network. The annual conference provides exhibit space for government agencies and private businesses to reach the community, a forum for speakers on topics of interest, and a job fair to inform the community about employment opportunities.

He is a Vietnam Veteran and was honorably discharged after serving 2 tours in combat. He graduated from college with a Major in Electronic Communications with a Federal Communications Commission license and graduated and completed Management Administration and supervision course work. A graduate from MALDEF Leadership training program, community leadership involvement, served as a Federal Commissioner on base closure and realignment. John resides in San Diego, California and is currently employed over 27 years for DoD Navy as a civilian, in the area of Information Systems Technology Management. Return to Board of Directors
